The Brand Was Established. The Digital Growth Engine Wasn't.
R. M. Perera has been designing interiors and manufacturing bespoke furniture since 1984. Over four decades of work across residential, corporate, and hospitality projects had already given the company a strong reputation.
But when it came to digital lead generation, there was an opportunity to do much more.
The challenge was reaching the right B2B decision-makers and turning their interest into genuine project opportunities.
We brought production, content marketing, paid advertising, and lead qualification into one connected growth funnel. Each had a role to play, from showcasing the company's capabilities to helping its sales team identify prospects worth pursuing.
And as the campaign progressed, we discovered that generating leads was only half the challenge.
Getting the right people through the funnel was where the real work began.

We helped R. M. Perera turn a high-volume lead generation campaign into a B2B acquisition funnel focused on qualified prospects, stronger conversions, and measurable revenue.

R. M. Perera wasn't selling individual pieces of furniture to its B2B audience. It was offering the ability to furnish and execute entire spaces.
Our production work needed to make that clear.
We captured completed interiors, furniture, craftsmanship, and project details, building a library of visuals that could be used across the company's social media, portfolio presentations, and paid campaigns.
The focus went beyond beautiful finishes. We wanted prospective clients to see the scale of R. M. Perera's work and understand the kind of projects the company could handle.
That gave our marketing content something tangible to work with.
With the visual library in place, we developed campaign-led commercial content around R. M. Perera's furniture collections, interior services, and workspace solutions.
These pieces needed to work differently from ordinary brand content.
We had limited time to communicate the offering, show relevant work, and encourage the viewer to take the next step.
So we kept the messaging direct and made the projects themselves a central part of the creative.
The commercials gave us content designed specifically for acquisition, connecting what R. M. Perera could deliver with the services we wanted prospective customers to inquire about.

A potential client might discover R. M. Perera through an advertisement, but that wouldn't necessarily be the last place they looked.
The company's social media presence had to stand up to that closer inspection.
We refined the feed around a more consistent visual direction, bringing completed interiors, furniture, craftsmanship, and project work together under one recognizable aesthetic.
The difference was visible.
Instead of disconnected posts, the page began presenting a clearer picture of the company's experience and capabilities.
This wasn't simply about making the feed look better.
For a corporate buyer evaluating R. M. Perera, the social pages needed to reinforce the same message as the campaign: this was an established company with substantial work behind it.
The refreshed presence helped communicate that credibility whenever prospective customers looked beyond the original advertisement.

We wanted Ranjith Perera's LinkedIn presence to reflect the decades of experience he brings to the industry and speak to the challenges developers, architects, and business leaders deal with every day.
We built the content around real project concerns, from managing risk and timelines to creating durable interiors and strong client partnerships.
Through short-form posts, carousels, and longer opinion-led pieces, we aimed to make his profile feel less like a company noticeboard and more like a trusted industry voice.
The goal was to give people a reason to follow Ranjith for his perspective while reinforcing the expertise behind the wider business.
The campaigns were generating inquiries, but the numbers weren't telling the whole story.
Some leads had little relevance to R. M. Perera's B2B services. Others came through in different languages, and some people didn't even realize they'd submitted an inquiry.
We were reaching people, but too few were genuine prospects.

We spent approximately two months reviewing inquiry data, identifying low-quality leads, and understanding where the qualification process was falling short.
That led us to develop a roughly 30-second form designed to assess purchase intent without making the process unnecessarily complicated.
Google Forms and WhatsApp inquiries fed into a clearer qualification process, with relevant prospects progressing to R. M. Perera's sales team for direct follow-up.
Inquiry → Lead Qualification → MQL → R. M. Perera Sales Follow-Up → Conversion
Months 01 & 02: The Starting Point
The first two months generated 79 leads, but only one became a Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL). None converted.
The problem was clear: more inquiries didn't necessarily mean more business.
Month 03: The First Signs of Progress
The campaign generated 106 leads, five MQLs, and its first conversion, contributing LKR 1 million in revenue.
More prospects were beginning to progress through the funnel.
Month 04: Quality Over Quantity
Lead volume fell to 74, and cost per lead increased compared with Month 3. But 12 of those leads became MQLs and 11 converted.
Fewer inquiries were now producing substantially more business.
The difference wasn't simply in how many leads we generated. It was in how effectively we identified the ones worth pursuing.

What began as a campaign generating plenty of inquiries developed into a more effective acquisition process, with better-qualified prospects progressing toward sales.
The month-by-month performance demonstrated the improvement in lead quality. But the campaign-wide results showed what that improvement meant commercially.

B2B Growth, Built Around the Right Leads.
R. M. Perera already had decades of experience, a substantial portfolio, and the capability to take on major interior and furnishing projects.
Our role was to help turn that foundation into a more effective digital acquisition process.
What this campaign reinforced for us was the importance of looking beyond the initial inquiry. By understanding what made a prospect worth pursuing, we helped build a more selective, commercially effective growth funnel.
That's what made the difference for R. M. Perera. A better process for turning digital interest into actual business.
